Sushi Art shows you how to make a Teriyaki Salmon Poke Bowl their way!
Ingredients for 1 Bowl 
240g of vinegared rice 
30g of avocado 
40g of furikake
130g of salmon 
15cl of Teriyaki sauce
4g of Soya Sauce 
4g of Thai Chives
1g of black & white sesame

Seasoned White Cabbage
40g of cabbage salad 
10g of rice vinegar 
10g of sugar
1g of salt
1g of sesame oil

Coriander leaves
Sesame seeds

1. Cut the salmon in 1cm dices 
2. Carve the chives into small pieces 
3. Blend the salmon the chives, the Teriyaki sauce, the soya sauce, and some roasted sesame in a bowl 
4. Season the white cabbage in a separate bowl with the rice vinegar, sugar, salt and sesame oil
5. Cut half of the avocado in small cubes 
6. Arrange the vinegared rice at the bottom of a bowl without crushing it
7. Sprinkle the remaining roasted sesame on the rice 
8. Arrange the salmon, the seasoned cabbage and the avocado on top 
9. Garnish with sesame seeds and a few coriander leaves
