Quick and easy home-made Manouri
Eat Greek shares easy steps for a fresh yummy Manouri
Watermelon 1-inch dice - 150gm                                
Rocket leaves - 80 gm
Sundried tomatoes - 20 gm                                
Bread croutons - 10gm
Strawberry vinaigrette - 20 ml                                  
cheese manouri (grill) - 100 gm
Grated kefalotyri Greek cheese - 10gm                         
Salt pepper to taste
Oil Olive - 10 ml        

Strawberry Reduction:
• White vinegar 1LTR
• Fresh strawberry 380 gm
• Sugar white 200 gm 

o Put all ingredients together and refrigerate 24 hrs.
o After 24 hrs. transfer to a cooking pan and reduce fire slowly till you get the right syrupy consistency.

Strawberry vinaigrette 
Strawberry reduction      100 ml
Fresh strawberry              350gm
Sunflower oil                     380ml                  

o Place reduction and fresh strawberry in a blender and, add oil and blend until you get a velvety consistency.
Keep the 5 to 6 pieces of watermelon in a salad plate. Season rocket leaves and mix with olive oil sundried tomatoes, croutons and diced watermelon and place it on top.
Cut and place grilled manouri cheese on both sides and grate cheese on top
Sprinkle strawberry dressing g on top and serve.
