Inspired from the Nordic collection, Laduree Chef wanted to pay tribute to the traditions of his country so he created a unique Yule Log, in form of a traditional wooden box. Laduree's Signature Tine” log cake, is made of typical Norwegian flavors: a rice pudding ganache, spiced cherry compote and a rose-flavored mousse are arranged on layers of almond dacquoise and macadamia praline.

Ladurée also offers two different types of Classic logs:

Pistachio Macaron Yule Log made of pistachio macaron biscuit, roasted pistachio, mousseline cream and thin crisply praline leaves

Fleur Noire Yule log- Sacher biscuit, chocolate feuilletine, vanilla cream and Caribbean chocolate mouse, topped with a dark chocolate leaf and dark chocolate petals.

Available from December 5 (Individual Yule log) and from December 19th (Yule log 6/8 people)
